Telehealth

A Series B telehealth company launched in 14 states in one quarter

Facing an aggressive expansion timeline, the team had no in-house counsel to manage licensure, corporate structure, and payer readiness at once. We ran all three workstreams in parallel and cleared each state as clinicians onboarded.

Digital Health

A diagnostics startup passed diligence without a fire drill

Two weeks before a term sheet, the company discovered its contracts, cap table, and privacy program were scattered and inconsistent. We built a diligence-ready data room and remediated the gaps before investors ever saw them.

Provider Group

A multi-site provider group replaced three outside firms

The group was juggling separate firms for contracts, employment, and compliance — with unpredictable bills every month. Consolidating with one embedded team cut spend and turnaround while giving them a single point of accountability.

"Lawbridge feels like our legal department, not a vendor we email once a quarter. They know our model cold, and things that used to take three weeks now take three days."

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most.

Still wondering about something? A quick call answers most of it faster than email.

How does pricing work?

Every engagement is a flat monthly fee with unlimited requests inside your agreed scope — no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. We set the fee after a short discovery call, based on your stage and the practice areas you need, so you can budget legal like any other line item.

What does "unlimited requests" actually mean?

You can send as many matters as you like within the practice areas covered by your plan, and we work them in a sensible priority order. It isn't a promise that everything lands the same day — large projects like an acquisition or a financing are scoped separately — but day-to-day contracts, questions, and reviews are all included.

Do you replace our general counsel?

It depends on your stage. For pre-GC companies we function as your outsourced legal department. For companies that already have a GC, we extend the team — taking volume off their plate and bringing healthcare-specific depth so they can focus on strategy.

What are your turnaround times?

Standard contract reviews and everyday questions carry a 48-hour SLA, and most come back sooner. Priority plans include faster turnaround and a dedicated lead. When something is genuinely urgent, tell us — we build around real deadlines.

Do you handle litigation?

We manage litigation rather than argue it in court. Most disputes never get that far — we resolve demand letters and pre-litigation matters directly. When a case needs a courtroom specialist, we select and oversee outside counsel and keep the budget under control on your behalf.

Which states do you cover?

We support healthcare companies operating nationwide, including multi-state licensure and expansion. Our attorneys are licensed across key jurisdictions, and we coordinate specialist local counsel where a specific state bar admission is required.

How does onboarding work?

It starts with a discovery call to map your risks and scope. From there we set up a shared intake channel, review your existing contracts and structure, and flag anything urgent in the first week. Most clients are sending live requests within a few business days of signing.

How do you handle data security?

We treat your data the way we advise you to treat patient data. Communications and documents move through access-controlled, encrypted systems, we sign a BAA where PHI is involved, and we follow least-privilege access internally. Security expectations are covered in our engagement terms.
